Things You Need To Know Before Order Bespoke

We believe jewellery should feel deeply personal. Our bespoke service is dedicated to bringing your vision to life through one-of-a-kind pieces, thoughtfully designed and handcrafted just for you.

How it works
If you’re interested in a bespoke design, you’re welcome to get in touch and share your ideas, inspirations, or any specific details you have in mind. From there, we’ll discuss the design direction together before creating your piece by hand.

Things to note
Each bespoke piece is made to order, with a typical lead time of around 2 weeks depending on the design. As every piece is uniquely created, small variations may occur, making each design truly one of a kind.

Process
1. Enquiry
Share your ideas, preferred style, occasion, and budget range.

2. Initial Direction
We will suggest a design direction along with an estimated price range.

3. Design Deposit
A small deposit (£80) is required to begin the design process. This will be deducted from the final price.

4. Design Development
You will receive 1-2 design options. Minor adjustments can be made. Up to two rounds of revisions are included to refine the design. Further changes may incur an additional fee depending on the complexity.

5. Confirmation & Payment
Once the design is confirmed, the remaining balance will be collected.

6. Production
Each piece is handcrafted with care (approximately 2 weeks).

7. Preview & Delivery
Final photos will be shared before dispatch.
Your piece will be carefully packaged and shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery.
